Fortifiber makes two different vinyl floor products. Accord™ LVT Premium Underlayment is a moisture barrier for vinyl flooring also with no detectable VOCs. Scribe Rite® White Flooring & Pattern Paper is a specially manufactured scribing and pattern paper for applications on wood and resilient flooring.
Seekure® is a “slip sheet” or a protective sheet. It is designed for marble, wood and tile floors. Compared to the common red rosin paper or thin construction paper, Seekure is more durable and has a higher water resistance. It is reinforced with fiberglass for “rip-stop” protection to minimize tearing. Fortifiber Building Systems Group is also the maker of red rosin.
They make some disposable floor protection products too. FortiBoard™ Tape is also made of Kraft paper. It is a moisture resistant and permeable tape. They also make Utility Paper – a throw away floor covering designed for temporary and general purpose work to protect floors from foot traffic, wall and ceiling texture overspray and paint drippings.
FortiFlash® 40 for Floors is a Class I, self-bonding, waterproof, vapor retarder membrane with self-sealing properties. The ideal floor coverings for FortiFlash 40 for Floors are floating or mechanically fastened wood panel subfloors under hardwood, carpet, laminate and resilient floors. This economical product is a two-part material with an SBS modified asphalt base layer and a high strength, cross laminated, high density polymer film. It can be installed in the tightest corners with ease. It is not messy or laborious to install.
